Talking therapy is exactly what is says on the tin. It is a safe space created by your therapist to encourage exploration at your pace to talk about your situation whether it’s in the past, the present or even concerns about the future. Talking therapy offers a safe space, without judgement and allows you to unravel worries and concerns and work out what changes will work and what you feel are realistic and finding achievable alternative approaches.

Please note: An eclectic mix of therapeutic approaches and any of our emotional wellness techniques may be used in the sessions by mutual agreement. The aim of therapy is to create an honest, congruent relationship with your therapist so it is important that you find the right one.
