Hello January, Hello Juices….

This is an awesome way to kick-start your day! Give your body a big dose of nutrients in one hit, whilst also giving the digestive system a well-deserved rest after Christmas.

Avocados, as you may know, are one of my favourite things.So, adding it to my juices is a no-brainer for me. The healthy fats keep you fuller for longer…bonus!


  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 apple
  • 1 big handful kale
  • 1 large chunk pineapple or fruit of choice – optional for added sweetness
  • 1 teaspoon Wheatgrass Powder & 1 small teaspoon Maca Powder (optional)
  • 1/2 – 1 cup water & a large squeeze of lemon juice

I use Wheatgrass and Maca powders for their additional nutritional benefits but this is optional. You can also add a small amount of Agave syrup if you like it sweeter. Have a play around with the ingredients as everyone’s taste is different and you may like different quantities to me.
