What is Health Coaching?

Health Coaching looks at your health and well-being from all aspects, not through a specialist prism. It helps you to understand your own body & mind, and to find health and prevent disease through natural means wherever possible. Our approach is evidence and science based and cuts through the confusing and often incorrect information flooding our media.

Health Coaching can help you to reclaim your energy & vitality, navigate menopause & hormonal shifts, manage your weight, embrace life transitions, find a health routine that's actually sustainable, prioritises you—without the guilt - and get your mojo back (yes, it's totally possible!)

How does it work?

I will work with you to reveal the big picture of your physical and mental health, and how everything is connected. We will agree your priorities and your goals and create a sustainable, practical plan that works for you and your needs. We will focus on the four main pillars of Food, Movement, Sleep and Stress. We will identify small steps that are sustainable and can lead to big change. I will provide advice, coach you and act as your support partner so you can embrace your plan and celebrate your progress.

Long term well-being isn't about quick fixes or extreme diets. It's about making small, meaningful changes that fit seamlessly into your life. As your Health Coach, I'll help you simplify the process and create a holistic plan tailored to your goals and lifestyle.


Package 1: THE STARTING PLAN

Over 2 weeks, we'll create and implement the plan that works for you, including:

  • 15 min Introductory call
  • 2 hour consultation: A deep dive into your health and wellbeing from all aspects and what you'd like to achieve.
    • Your health and well-being concerns
    • Your current health and medical history
    • How your 9 body systems are working
    • Your lifestyle - diet, movement & exercise, social & relationships, work and stress
    • We will agree what you want to achieve and prioritise
    • Weekly motivation
    • Weekly accountability
  • 1 hour Planning session: You'll leave with your personalised Well-Being Action Plan tailored to your life and goals. I'll also provide trusted sources of science, health and health information to support your plan.

Package 2: THE ENHANCED PLAN

Over 4 to 5 weeks, we'll create, implement and sustain the plan that works for you, including:

  • 15 min Introductory call
  • 2 hour consultation: A deep dive into your health and wellbeing from all aspects and what you'd like to achieve.
    • Your health and well-being concerns
    • Your current health and medical history
    • How your 9 body systems are working
    • Your lifestyle - diet, movement & exercise, social & relationships, work and stress
    • We will agree what you want to achieve and prioritise
    • This forms the basis for your practical plan for nutrition, exercise/movement and other areas of well-being for you to meet your goals.
  • 1 hour Planning session: You'll leave with your personalised Well-Being Action Plan tailored to your life and goals. I'll also provide trusted sources of science, health and health information to support your plan.
  • 2 x 30 minute coaching sessions: In these sessions I'll encourage and coach you as you put your plan into action

Package 3: PLAN FOR LIFE

Over eight to ten weeks, we'll create and implement the plan that works for you, and lock those new habits into your daily life, including:

  • 15 min Introductory call
  • 2 hour consultation: A deep dive into your health and wellbeing from all aspects and what you'd like to achieve.
    • Your health and well-being concerns
    • Your current health and medical history
    • How your 9 body systems are working
    • Your lifestyle - diet, movement & exercise, social & relationships, work and stress
    • We will agree what you want to achieve and prioritise
    • This forms the basis for your practical plan for nutrition, exercise/movement and other areas of well-being for you to meet your goals.
  • 1 hour Planning session: You'll leave with your personalised Well-Being Action Plan tailored to your life and goals. I'll also provide trusted sources of science, health and health information to support your plan.
  • 6 x 30 minute coaching sessions: These will to encourage you, keep you on track and refine your plan where needed for the long term.
