Inside Out - Colon Hydrotherapy, followed by a Full Body Massage into a Mini Facial

Inside out has every element for your bodies needs….Detoxing, cleansing, relaxing, uplifting & rejuvenating. The treatment starts with a revitalising colonic, followed by a deep but relaxing full body massage, then finishing everything off with a beautiful hydrating and relaxing facial.

Total Balance - Reiki Healing with Reflexology Points

Today it is thought that the body's own healing force is enabled by applying pressure to parts of the feet which are now known as reflex points. This brings about a natural balance and harmony resulting in normal function throughout the body.

Reflexology relaxes, soothes and warms the muscles in the feet resulting in increased flexibility, improved circulation to all areas of the body and helps us to keep stress at bay. Combined with Reiki, reflexology will leave the receiver feeling relaxed and completely uplifted.

Energy Flow- A Top to Toe Reflexology Experience, Including Face, Hands & Feet.

The many benefits include a reduction in stress levels but the main benefit is total relaxation as all the body’s system and organs will be stimulated through the reflex points located on the face, hands, and feet. The energy will be allowed to flow to enhance your wellbeing and aim to reach a more balanced state, in mind and body. Reflexology also helps to release stagnation and toxins from your body, leaving you floating on a cloud!
